Internet of Smart Things

Consulting IoT Infrastructure

Internet of Things (IoT) is an emerging concept that is widely used in different industries. It provides a wide ecosystem where interconnected devices and services collect, exchange and process data. All of these components work together and dynamically adapt to a context. IoT requires a cyber-physical infrastructure and in order to enhance the quality of service provisioning. Here at Cellariot, we are proud to gather a group of professionals to consolidate action items to plan, develop, and deploy the ecosystem of interconnected devices.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping includes a variety of manufacturing technologies, although most utilise layered additive manufacturing. We are well-equipped to provide high-speed machining, casting, moulding and extruding for IoT platforms that contain massive data collection via distributed components.

IoT Design Services

For smart IoT infrastructures, we offer a package of IoT design services ranging from IoT architecture design to new product introduction. This includes smart sensor design to collect granular data required by businesses, IoT gateway design to bridge between sensor network and the cloud, sensor networking to secure highly reliable connectivity infrastructure, and cloud connectivity solutions to enable periodic telemetry data.

Implementation of IoT technologies within an organization

IoT implementation demands for a significant part of the organization’s infrastructure to be connected and let distributed components work together. We offer implementation of the following IoT architecture:

Networked components (i.e, wireless sensors and actuators)

Sensor data aggregation and analog to digital conversation

IT systems to perform preprocessing of digital data

Data analysis performed on telemetry data

Data management and cloud storage

Telemetry Tracking & System Design

We develop telemetry tracking system by design and deployment of Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol that runs over TCP/IP. The protocol is designed for embedded hardware devices with limited embedded components and low power requirements. This protocol uses a publish-subscribe approach, which is inactive between transmissions and data retrievals. MQTT requires an intelligent IoT gateway.

IoT Analytics

Businesses use IoT analytics to make decisions based on data from their IoT devices. Companies in industries like transportation, industrial automation, government, healthcare, and consumer tech can operate thousands or even millions of connected devices. Here at Cellariot, we develop an end-to-end Analytics system that collects, stores, and processes all the telemetry data. Transformation of the collected data into meaningful data lake is a part of preparing appropriate infrastructure for IoT analytics.

Transportation companies started to widely use IoT analytics to increase profit margins. When tracking vehicles, managers can digitally model fleet operations and test hypotheses. This helps them make recommendations to improve fuel efficiency, avoid traffic, and monitor driver safety. In addition, IoT analytics provide better understanding about ridership patterns to reduce congestion, improve schedules, and, if devices are embedded in infrastructure like roads and overpasses, improve public safety.

IoT Cloud Services

Cloud computing and the IoT both serve to increase efficiency in our everyday tasks, and the two have a complementary relationship. The IoT generates massive amounts of data, and cloud computing provides a pathway for that data to travel to its destination. We make them interact with utmost efficiency.

IoT devices have multiple sensors connected to the cloud, typically via gateways. There are several IoT Cloud Platforms in the market today provided by different service providers that host wide ranging applications. These can also be extended to services that use advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis especially in disaster prevention and recovering planning using data from the edge devices.
